I have never spent an entire day shooting with the same people and I can confirm that it is exhausting. Spending the day with Sammie and our friend Alex was such a wonderful experience. I got to travel all day with them and we even had some bumps in the road because we actually couldn't get back on the road since the keys were left in the trunk of the, then, locked car. It was very eventful and ended up being a great day. I loved the shots of Sammie on the beach the most and I really hope to have some more practice with beach shoots. It ended up being a foggy day on the beach was fine, no harsh light that wasn't manageable, but it still would have been good practice to play around with shooting at sunset or whilst manipulating the sun rays. Either way I am content with the way the shoot went. Of course, as I continue to tell myself, I like the photos now, but I will end up hating them in about 3 months. Which I am completely fine with by the way! I see this as a manifestation of my insatiable desire to improve and see better and better products. I am immensely grateful to so many people who have confided in me to take their senior photos because I am no where near the level of other portrait photographers, but it does feel great to have people give you a chance to practice and be appreciated for your work. I was going to post more of the photos on here, but since we shot for a full day I thought trying to upload all of the photos of Sammie on this one post would be criminal. However, you can see more photos of her in her cute outfits on my Instagram and Facebook Page. Thanks again Sammie! I had a wonderful time with y'all! Equipment:
